Hi! I’m Margaret, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and mom of 4. I have been passionate about nutrition and health for as long as I can remember. I love helping people find ways to feel their best and discover balance in life that extends beyond their plates. With all the conflicting messages about diet and health presented in the media, it can be difficult to discern what's truly healthy and what's not.

I coach people on how to eat intuitively in a way that best suits their body, health, and goals. Teen athletes with performance goals should have very different looking plates than their peri-menopausal moms or inactive siblings or their carnivore or keto family members. My goal is to inspire and help you learn how to eat intuitively AND intentionally by listening to your body and also digging into science to support your goals and help you feel your best no matter what life stage you are in. I believe our bodies were designed to tell us what they need and when but most people have lost the ability to do this. Intuitive eating is beneficial for everyone, from infancy to adulthood and across all areas of life and health. Often habits have to be changed and reformed before the body and mind catch on. I have had experience counseling clients with questions concerning general wellness, disordered eating, aging, food allergies and sensitivities, heart health, diabetes, IBS and other gut issues, pre & postnatal nutrition, and athletic performance. Having four young children, and a lot of personal experience with picky eaters, I am also very passionate about pediatric nutrition and have helped parents overcome issues with picky eaters.

When not working, I love spending time with my family, being outside, doing pilates, swimming, biking, or hiking.
