INITIAL ASSESSMENT

In our first session, I’ll do a full assessment to find out about your health history, relationship with food, and medical needs related to nutrition. Together, we will come up with achievable goals and make a plan to get you in a better place nutritionally.

LONG-TERM SUCCESS

Behavior change takes time. We will have follow-up sessions every other week and I will be there to support you every step of the way to ensure you get on a good path to a healthier you.
